Our policy on pricing is simple. What you see is what you pay! There are no hidden extras. We speak in plain English with no technical jargon or small print.

We also believe you shouldn't pay over the odds for PC support or internet services, which is why our prices are refreshingly realistic.

The bottom line is, we can do whatever you want. If you want us to do something not mentioned here, please feel free to contact us to talk about it.

PC Support
Got a problem? We come to you! We're renowned for our tenacity to getting to the bottom of those problems on just about any PC system. We don't pull the wool over your eyes. We don't start charging until we're on-site! We're quick but thorough, and while we'll fix what you ask us to, we'll also point out and make further recommendations for your consideration where we find other issues.

Home visit support rates are Ł12.50 per hour

Web Page Creation
Allow us to artistically create your internet presence for you. We'll discuss your requirements, and the look and feel you are hoping for, whilst at the same time bringing our expertise into the equation to ensure a pleasurable surfing experience for your customers! Pricing depends on how complex you want your internet presence to be.

Web Page Maintenance
Want us to look after your and update your pages for you? No problem. We're happy to provide this service, and the price obviously depends upon what you want done and how often! Contact us to discuss your requirements, but as a rough guide, you can expect prices in the range below:

Minor one-off changes from Ł10.00
Major one-off rearrangements from Ł30.00
Monthly unlimited changes from Ł40.00

Web Hosting
If you need an internet presence but just don't know where to start, then leave it all with us. We can offer domain name registration, web hosting and email set up all on your behalf. Various packages are available that will meet your requirement, and we will guide you on the best choice for your situation.

Prices begin from Ł40.00 per year

Web Consultancy
If you just want advice, then we're here to help. The first 30 minutes are free, and we won't waste your time. We'll stick to the point and give you honest genuine information to assist you in your task.

Consultancy charge (after first 30 minutes) Ł25.00 per hour
